• Run as administrator. Managed images need IT. Confirm the file is not an apk.

Win11 supported?

• Yes, Home and Pro. If the image lacks NIC drivers, update Windows first.

Browser still local after connect?

• Check global vs rules mode. Some hosts stay direct by design.

Turn off Defender?

• No. Add an exclusion for the client folder.
